Just Google word Negotiation!

There is nothing of any value, no ground breaking information, or anything other than basic information. The book lacks anything to do with real tactics, approaches, or strategies to begin or win a negotiation. I would suggest just doing a Google search on the word negotiation and you will gain more knowledge than this book can offer.

Pretty much everyone should read this book

It's a short, informative book on negotiation. I would say that the author could have made the book even shorter buy removing some fluff, but I would recommend this book to everybody who is ever in a situation to negotiate (so almost everybody).

Interesting read

I was required to read this book for class. That being said, this book was more useful than I was expecting. And I feel that applying several of these principles to everyday interactions and negotiations (which happen more frequently than most people realize), you can become a better person.
